Can I bring my own food?
Of course! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your picnic. While we do not provide full course meals, we do offer add-on’s that include charcuterie boxes, chocolate covered strawberries, letter cakes, donuts, cupcakes and candle lit chocolate fondue.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand life happens, and weather is not always predictable. For reschedules, we offer a complimentary reschedule within 90 days. Please note, reschedules must be submitted at least 48 hours before picnic time.
Where does the picnic take place?
Your picnic can take place indoors or outdoors. Currently, our outdoor locations include Whitecap Beach & Swantner Park. If indoors, the area being used must be 80% empty. Formal dining rooms, living rooms, & patios are also great areas to host. If you’d like to host your picnic in your own backyard, we require a photo submitted to approve area. Backyard must be free of pets, animals with a well groomed yard.
What if the weather is bad?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds due to bad weather. We do our best to provide customers with information regarding weather for their selected date and time. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable. If paid in full, we offer a 50% refund for picnics cancelled 72 hours prior to your selected time frame. If cancelled less than 72 hours before your picnic, you will not receive a refund but you will have a complimentary reschedule within 90 days. For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend booking your picnic on the first day of your arrival. This will allow a buffer for reschedules if needed.
Can I book a picnic in my backyard?
Yes, house calls are available. When booking a house call we ask no outdoor pets be present, yard must be cut and a photo of the area must be submitted with picnic booking for approval. If you need to send the photo after booking, please send to prettypicnicscc@gmail.com
What is included with a picnic?

Please note, none of our packages include food and bringing your own food or catering is encouraged.
How long does a picnic last?
The picnic experience last two hours. We will arrive to the location 15-30 minutes before your start time for setup and social media photos. We will then send you a reminder text 15 minutes before our arrival for tear down.
Can I customize my picnic?
Yes, we offer a variety of colors and styles. Additionally each package has a list of add-ons available such as teepees, treats, balloons and more. At this time, we are hosting up to 20 guests. For any additional customization or special requests please email us at prettypicnicscc@gmail.com
